The Gardaí got a visit from a Home and Away actor today, for some reason

Andrew Morley, who plays Spencer on the Aussie soap, dropped by the Traffic Corps in Dublin. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

THE GARDAÍ ARE ENTERTAINING celebrity guests now, haven’t you heard?

These shots of guards posing with Home and Away actor Andrew Morley were posted on the much-loved Garda Traffic Twitter account today:

Morley, who plays Spencer in the hit Aussie soap, dropped by the Traffic Corps in Dublin Castle today to meet the lads and play around on the motorbikes and squad cars.

Look at him! He’s having the time of his life.

But what is the reason for all this, you may ask. Well, we’re not sure.

From what we can gather, Morley is currently touring around Ireland doing talks in schools on a variety of different topics – road safety, human trafficking, and animal rights, to name but a few. (All things guards are interested in, to be fair.)

Of course, no Aussie soap star’s trip to Ireland would be complete without the required club appearances:

So now. The guards. Hobnobbing with the famous and beautiful. All in a day’s work, eh?
